The Ministry of Defence said today that the Fragata Libertad of the Argentina Navy is already in the Argentine Sea, on the last leg of its journey back to the country.
The portfolio that addresses Arturo Puricelli said, “At 03.32 in the morning the ship crossed the lateral maritime boundary and entered in Argentina territorial waters.”
“At the time, the frigate, thence due west to 7.5 knots and is expected to arrive in the Naval Base Mar del Plata on Wednesday afternoon, where it will be received by President Cristina Kirchner,” the statement said.
