Former cabinet chief Alberto Fernandez criticized President Cristina Kirchner reproach to Justice and actor Ricardo Darin, and warned that the head of state “believes that judges are her ministers who are accountable”.

“Justice is the one with the legality of the executive and the legislature, and the President is forgotten and believes that judges are her ministers who have to respond,” Fernández said.

In a radio interview, former official referred to recent statements by the President through social networks and stressed that “it’s OK to explain, but there is more that what she attacks than explains.”

“She fits right in saying that the justice investigated her three times, the same justice that now is bad,” he said when asked about the letter she wrote to Darín doubts about her heritage.

Former chief minister of Nestor and Cristina Kirchner emphasized that “the way was not the way he did, treating it as a smuggler to Darin, saying (Buenos Aires Governor Daniel) Scioli has dollars and do not know where.”
