Justin Bieber smoking weed?

Justin Bieber made his first public appearance in Salt Lake City, Utah since he was found smoking an alleged cigarette of marihuana.

After thanking his fans for their continued support, the singer took off his top to reveal his naked torso, leaving only low black jeans.

On Friday, TMZ published pictures of the 18 years old singer smoking a suspect cigar in the day a paparazzi died trying to photograph him.

According to TMZ the photos were taken on January 2 and Justin is seen holding what appears to be a pot chatting with friends in a hotel room in Newport Beach, California.

And the day the photos were taken, but not yet published, Bieber on his Twitter account wrote: “A year. Another year to be questioned. Another year to work hard and prove them wrong. Once again we are coming out of the gate strong.”

Just one day before the singer was involved in a scandal when 29 years old photographer Chris War was hit by a car in Los Angeles after taking pictures of the Justin Bieber Ferrari.
