Cristina is among the 10 leaders with more followers on Twitter

The President is one of the most influential leaders in the social network, along with the U.S. President Barack Obama, of Venezuela Hugo Chavez, and the head of state in Brazil Dilma Rousseff.
This is indicated in a report by the international consulting firm Digital Daya, who analysed the amount of tweets issued by each of the presidents and the number of followers.
Thus, the report says, “you can see the increasing use made by world leaders of the digital platforms as a tool to get closer to the citizens”.
According to the report, President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner in the seventh place in the ranking of the Top 10, with a growing consolidation of her stake in Twitter since 2010.
“Argentina’s policy has been transformed by Twitter, it became the place where politicians and citizens interact,” said the report from Digital Daya.
