The Argentine actor and director Antonio Ugo passed away

The cinema and theater director and actor Antonio Ugo died today. The Argentine Actors Association confirmed the decease. His remains will be veiled today and his family will bury him on Jan. 2 at 9 am in the pantheon of actors of the Chacarita cemetery.

Among the plays in which he participated are La dama boba, La valija, La isla del fin del mundo, La gata sobre el tejado de zinc caliente, Chùmbale, Antígona, Saverio el Cruel, El organito and Cyrano de Bergerac..

In movies, his last role was in Tesis sobre un homicidio, along with Ricardo Darín. He also starred in La revolución es un sueño eterno and Vecinos. Among his renewed movies is the famous Argentine movie Nueve Reinas.
