Mujica said that “they have problems when trading with Argentina”

Jose “Pepe” Mujica, Uruguay’s President, said “there are difficulties in trade with Argentina because of their closed project” but denied that the situation will worsen. He also predicted a “clear” for the economy of Uruguay.
“We have trade difficulties with Argentina. They currently have a closed project, but Argentina’s economy cannot remain closed for a long time,” Mujica said in remarks to a Uruguayan newspaper.
However, he was confident in the progress of bilateral relations and made clear that “we do not believe that the situation could worsen, we think it will improve”.
