Moyano denounced Berni and Abal Medina by accusations of looting

The secretary general of the CGT Azopardo, Hugo Moyano, reported to the Chief of Cabinet Government, Juan Manuel Abal Medina, and Secretary of Security, Sergio Berni.

Under the crime of “incitement to violence”, Moyano filed complaint against Kirchner officials for their statement around looting last week in different parts of country.

Both officials had blamed the truck driver by looting, saying he was behind these manoeuvres with the head of the Blue and White CGT Luis Barrionuevo.

The complaint went to the court of Judge Servini de Cubría and crimes are public intimidation, incitement to violence and false allegations.
