Moyano will denounce Abal Medina for accusing him of being behind the looting
Argentina, December 25, 2012
The CGT Azopardo will present on Wednesday a complaint for “incitement to violence” against the cabinet chief Juan Manuel Abal Medina, Secretary of Security, Sergio Berni, and Rep. Edgardo Depetri, after they linked Hugo Moyano with the lootings last week all around the country.
This was confirmed by the labor union lawyer, Eduardo Guarna, who noted that “without any basis, the two government officials come to accuse Mr. Moyano of being the instigator or mastermind of the lootings held throughout the country.”
In this regard, he warned that “it is a very serious issue” the complaint made against the union leader and said that’s why he will make a presentation on “incitement to violence” against Abal Medina, Depetri and Berni, before the start of the holidays.
“On Wednesday we will make a court filing. Hugo Moyano has been instructed to formalize the complaint the first business day for the accusations done by Berni and Abal Medina” said the lawyer speaking to Radio El Mundo.
