The judge Alfonso accepted the appeal of Clarín group, implying that the injunction that suspends items divestment of the media law, have effect again.

The same injunction that the Federal Court of the Civil and Commercial had spread on December 6.

Now this court should address this point again and since the national government expected an adverse ruling, so they are considering whether to per saltum resort again and reach the Supreme Court.

The House consists of Maria Susana Najurieta, Francisco de las Carreras and Ricardo Guarinoni, recently appointed.

Judge Alfonso said the appeal is granted in the “terms of style,” which means, in legal language, which gave suspensive appeal.

Clarin’s appeal is accepted a day after the head of the AFSCA, Martin Sabbatella, is presented in multimedia office to begin the transfer of licenses.
