Rossi on Griesa ruling: “It is absolutely reprehensible and despicable”

November 22, 2012

Congressman Agustín Rossi said the judge’s ruling in New York Thomas Griesa that favor vultures funds is absolutely despicable.

“He has performed continuously against the recommendations of the U.S. Federal Reserve, holding the demands of the vulture funds,” said the official.

He added: “I do not know technically about the ruling and therefore I just expose my opinion.”

“It is absolutely questionable the financial speculation policy of creditors and therefore deserve criticism not only ours but of the international community,” he said.

Finally, Rossi expressed his “absolute claim” to the decision of Nestor and Cristina Kirchner to make “two debt swaps”, which entered 91% of the bondholders.
