In video: Amazing waterspout in Australia

An impressive waterspout occurred at meters offshore Batemans Bay, 140 kilometers south of Sydney.

A person walking by the place recorded a video of the weather phenomenon and uploaded to Youtube.

Also, other people that saw the waterspout took some photos and shared it on Twitter where many commented on the matter. And the local Fire Service could also obtain other images.

The waterspout or waterspout is a funnel containing an intense vortex or whirlwind that occurs over a body of water, usually connected to a cumuliform cloud.
