The decree exempting the profits tax on December bonus is already official

The National Executive formalized today, by Decree 2191/2012, published in the Official Gazette, the exempts from income tax in December bonus, for just one time one-time, announced yesterday by President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner.

The decree is signed by President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, the Chief of Staff Juan Manuel Abal Medina and Economy Minister Hernan G. Lorenzino.

The preamble stresses the permanent policy of the Executive Branch to implement countercyclical measures are conducive to strengthening the purchasing power of workers and their families and thereby strengthening the domestic market demand and national.

The president emphasizes that the measure is possible, thanks to a responsible financial management of the Federal Government, both in terms of their income and expenses.
