Binner: “Those crimes should be investigated by the Federal Justice”

After the crisis in the province of Santa Fe by the relation between former police chief and drug trafficking, the former governor and presidential candidate Hermes Binner published a note expressing his position on the issue. “These offenses must be investigated by the Federal Justice” argued.
