Santa Fe: Hugo Tognoli surrendered to police last night

The Security Minister of Santa Fe province Raul Lambert said, “Former police chief Commissioner Hugo Tognoli surrendered and only talk to the judge.”
Official sources reported, “After two days of being fugitive from justice and a complaint for alleged links to drug trafficking, last night former police chief Commissioner Hugo Tognoli presented himself at the headquarters of the Ministry of Security of this province, with troops from the Special Operations (TOE) “.
“The former head of the force will spend the night in TOE units and in the morning will be transferred to Rosario to testify before federal judge Vera Barros”.
The commissioner had a warrant for national and international arrest for a cause that links to drug traffickers.
