Trenque Lauquen Criminal Court sentenced three men for sexual abuse on a 14-year-old girl to years and 10 months in prison but they are released with some limitations.
The court sentenced Mariano Piñero, 34, Mario Magallanes, 25, and Jose Maria Narpe, 32, to four years and 10 months imprisonment for the effective fulfillment of sexual abuse of a young girl in 2009, but will be free until the judgment becomes final.
The incident occurred three years ago in General Villegas and became public when a video was released with the three defendants having sex with the girl. However, by this fact, the court acquitted the benefit of the doubt to the one charged with this crime, Magallanes.
The prosecutor, which had requested sentences of 11 and 12 years for the three men, said he was pleased with the ruling, but added it “will examine the issue of qualification that varied the order of punishment.”
