Once Station Tragedy: Bonadio prosecuted Jaime, Schiavi and Cirigliano brothers

Federal Judge Claudio Bonadio prosecuted Secretaries of Transportation Ricardo Jaime and Juan Pablo Schiavi, on charges of abuse of power and breach of the duties of public officials for not having checked how the company trains Buenos Aires (TBA) carried forward Sarmiento railway operations.

The judge also accused the brothers Claudio and Mario Cirigliano TBA business owners who are accused for the crime of “aggravated train derailment” by the deaths and only manage a conspiracy designed to provide for public benefit funds received from the State.

The judge indicted the leaders of the organization with preventive prison but as some of them were benefited by the Federal Court with the release, remain free, two of the defendants imposed a bail of 5 million pesos to be paid in 24 hours otherwise they will be arrested, and the Cirigliano organization the judge imposed an embargo 600 million pesos.
