Matt Damon has a new look after shaving his head for a role in his new movie.

Movie star went for coffee in New York, and revealed the new look for the character in the science fiction film Elysium.

Matt, 42, will be a tough ex-con, in the film by Neill Blomkamp, director of District 9.

The plot of the film moves to 150 years in the future, the population is divided between the rich, who have escaped to a luxurious space station, away from man, and the lower classes, living in squalor in an overcrowded, “ruined” the land.

Matt’s character takes on a mission to escape the space station – it brings against Jodie Foster’s character, a government official determined to maintain strict unworthy away.

The film will be released next year.
