Carrio filed a complaint against Gils Carbo, Abal Medina and Alak, for “extortion” to the Council of the Magistracy

The Congresswoman Elisa Carrio (Civic Coalition) filed a complaint against the Attorney General’s Office, Alejandra Gils Carbo, the Chief of Staff, Juan Abal Medina, and Justice Minister Julio Alak, for “extortion” to the Council of the Judiciary.

Under the conflict by implementing the Broadcasting Act, Carrio denounced officials for “abuse of authority, dereliction of duty of public officials, extortion and false accusation”.

The presentation, held in the Federal Courts, Carrió called the allegation made by the government against members of the Judicial Council as “a maneuver to pressure directly typed and intimidate members of the Judicial Council of the Nation”.

The complaint also included the Attorney General of the Treasury, Angelina Abbona, reports said.
