Lorenzino confirmed the payment of bonds in dollars

Economy Minister Hernan Lorenzino said the national government will meet its obligations in dollars, despite the bond pesification in El Chaco.

“Again, when we are paying bonus a speculative attack is helped by the rating (Moody’s) and some media. We continue to deliver, ” the minister wrote in his Twitter account.

“Tomorrow we will pay the coupon Bonar X in dollars. It’s u$s 200 million. And we continue paying debts,” added the official.

And he said, “We deny them the agency claims. Regulations and conditions in the bond market did not change at all.”

“They ignored BCRA rules when qualify provincial bonds? What regulation changed? None,” he said.

And he criticized speculators. “They want to lower the price of bonds a day before the coupon payment to make a difference. Old pirate trick”.
