Raul Maza: “We cancelled the protest, but we’ll remain organized”

Raul Maza, military and a spokesman for the protest of the security force, said today that the protest was raised but that they remain “organized” to demand wage increases.

Speaking to Radio 10, the spokesman said “there is no visible protest, but we are organized.”

“We do not know how much was paid in our hand. The Government disqualifies everything and ends up saying nothing. We have a salary of 2,696 pesos and we need an increase”.

He described the situation in which he and 19 other colleagues who were put to the availability after participating in the demonstration. In this regard, Maza said they would appeal the sanction in the courts.
