Binner about a possible alliance with Macri: “It would be like mixing oil with water”
Argentina, October 14, 2012
The leader of the Broad Progressive Front, Hermes Binner, came out against the latest press reports about a possible alliance with Mauricio Macri for 2013. The former presidential candidate said “it would be like mixing oil and water.”
While ruling out the possibility of organizing a front with the macrism, he did not dismiss the need to build an electoral front with other opposition forces. In this regard, he said “if there is logic, it may become government.”
“Cristina Kirchner will attempt a constitutional reform that empowers her to face a new period,” he said, questioning the plan.
