Union pressure by the rise in the tax allowance

Both unions and government opponents guilds are waiting Cristina Kirchner shortly announce the rise in non-taxable minimum.

The head of the CTA Hugo Yasky, said: “In a few days the President may announce the rise in the floor which calculates the tax allowance.”

And said, “the Government is considering a project to collect only those with incomes over 15,000 pesos.” This initiative has to be discussed with the President, was presented by Yasky own.

Ruling CGT leader Antonio Calo said, “The increase would be around 20 percent and would not be retroactive to January of this year, as in the past, but applicable since the last quarter of 2012 onwards.”
