Miriam Rustan de Estrada is the civil judge who suspended the first legal abortion that was going to make in Ramos Mejia Hospital of Buenos Aires City and now she had to leave the case for the decision of the judicial authorities.

In her place, Judge Ricardo Miguel Güiraldes was designed.

Attorney Paul Vincent, who represents the woman that should have been subjected to surgery last Tuesday, did not rule out the abortion to be performed in a public hospital in the province of Buenos Aires.

Güiraldes from this afternoon is working on the appeal against the suspension injunction issued by his colleague, and the next step is to raise it to the Civil Court for immediate resolution.
