Two factions of the Building Workers Union (Uocra) faced shots in an office of Florencio Varela, leaving several people injured and damage in the collision zone.

The incident occurred just after 8 am. Witnesses reported that a group of men got out of a truck with sticks and started jumping on vehicles that were parked outside the headquarters of Florencio Varela.

The attackers smashed windshield, threw Molotov cocktails, beat the union leaders in the office, some of them stabbed and burned three cars. The injured were taken to hospital “Mi Pueblo” and police arrested several people.

Witnesses identified Walter Leguizamón, the number two of UOCRA Lomas de Zamora, as one of those who led the attack.
