The accused by Boudou were acquitted

The denounced by Vice President Amado Boudou in the Ciccone case were acquitted by Federal Judge Ariel Lijo.
These are the lawyers José María Labat, Ana Maria Garcia and Fabian Musso, who were accused by Boudou under the offense of influence peddling.
In addition, the president of the Board of Trade, Adelmo Gabbi, and Antonio Tabanelli, were also free of charge.
Lijo said, “the origin of this case meets the re interpretation of events marked by successive meetings as the story itself did not appear as controversial when it happened, but after be analyzed again it denote irregular”.
He adds: “This implication realizes that the vagueness of the core factual legally relevant now appears as well have been understood by all parties as permissible behavior, or at least mutually accepted at the time of occurrence”.
