Gendarmerie and Prefecture expect the Government’s response promised by Berni

Today, Prefecture and Gendarmerie expect the response from the Government, as Safety Secretary Sergio Berni promised.

Officers are demanding better wages with a basic 7000 pesos. They prepare a strong movement today in Building Guard of the Prefecture, to receive the official offer.

The President, during this weekend, met with Bernie and Garre in the Olivos. Juan Manuel Abal Medina, Lorenzino, and the new leaders of both forces, Luis Alberto Heiler and General Alberto Enrique Zach were also at the meetings.

Heiler and Zach kept an open dialogue with the protesters, but without offers.

The prefect general, last night, was negotiating with the leaders of the protest in Building Guard for today released Madero Avenue, while awaiting the government’s response, and supposedly be around noon.

Prefecture spokesman José Luis Shack said: “At the moment, there were reprisals as with Gendarmerie”.
