Cardinal Bergoglio in Luján: ‘This is the house of faith in our country’

Argentina, October 7, 2012
Before a large crowd that attended the 38th Youth Pilgrimage walk to Luján, Archbishop of Buenos Aires and Primate of Argentina, Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio, led the Mass and requested to: “Grow up in justice and deal better with those than suffer needs.”
“Our faith is in them, our faith is here, this is the house of faith in our country.”
“Here we make this request to all of us, for our entire country. It is the best place to do it. They learn all to work for justice and for this, we always have an open heart, big heart that encourages us to make this request.”
Cardinal reflection on this year’s theme was: “This year, the theme of the pilgrimage was ‘Mother, teach us to work for justice’. Do you know who wanted to make that request? Yourselves. For in the sentences they write when they visit Lujan, were exposing. It is a problem that lies at the heart of the pilgrims and prayer was doing. “
