The buying and selling of homes fell 35 percent in August

“The amount of transactions fell in August to 1,587.9 million pesos, 37.8 percent had less than a year earlier and was equivalent to 344.5 million U.S. dollars at the exchange rate reported by the Central Bank: in this case, representing a decline of 43.7 percent year”.

“The average value of the acts was 420,531 pesos, equivalent to $ 91,222 at the official exchange rate monthly mean of 4.61 pesos per dollar than the central bank. Compared with a year ago, fell 4.3 percent in dollars and 13.5 percent in the conversion to U.S. currency. The average fell to scriptural acts equivalent to 71.2 average wages in the economy.”
