De Vido: “Dams in Santa Cruz will be the most important project in the southern hemisphere”

Federal Planning Minister Julio De Vido is in Russia presenting the call for tender for the construction of hydroelectric dams President Nestor Kirchner and Governor George Cepernic, which he said “will be one of the most important projects in the southern hemisphere the next five years.”

“We are closing here in Russia our international itinerary that began in Brazil and continued in China,” De Vido said.

The Minister thanked the Russian Energy Minister, Alexander NovakLas noting that companies of this country “historically made Salto Grande”, in Entre Rios.

Consequently, he added that “the participation of Russian industry in the Argentine energy development is not new.”
