Red light: ‘Government will remove the license to whoever passes by the red’

Starting today, according to a law of the Legislature of Buenos Aires: ‘The rule amends part of an article of the Code of Traffic and Transportation of the City and imposes punishment to terminate the license to whoever crosses a red light’.
