ATILRA: Beneficiary Training Course on Employee Headquarters Sectional and Medical Centers Organization

On Thursday 27 and Friday 28, ATILRA Care Training Beneficiary took place at the headquarters during two days.
The course was opened by the Secretary General, Hector Luis Ponce, who addressed the fifty employees designated for training, developing their tasks directly related to or adjacent to the Care Recipient at Sectionals, Medical Centers and Headquarters.
The Secretary General Ponce said working both in the OSPIL (Staff Welfare Dairy Industry) and the ATILRA means to belong to a workplace that does not pursue the profit motive but troubleshooting to participants and beneficiaries, who owns it. He also noted that training have become key objectives of the Organization to all strata and levels, because “we not only looking to acquire more knowledge but aspire to a spiritual training of our employees”.
The course is aimed to work in capacities to listen and interpret the real needs and interests of the Beneficiaries, develop communication skills and technical abilities necessary to handle for good service.
Responsible for the issuance of theoretical and practical classes was Mr. Florence Gonzalez, former head of sales management and planning of Zurich Insurance and professional consultancy.
