Judge Oyarbide left the case against Moreno

After protests of last night outside the home of Norberto Oyarbide, in the neighborhood of Recoleta, the judge decided to leave the case against Commerce Secretary Guillermo Moreno.

Judge Oyarbide said of the case against Moreno: “It is no longer mine; I depart for moral violence and ensuring fair trial.”

The customs agent, Paula De Conto, who was attacked by Moreno confirmed this morning that: “The court called me to let me know that Oyarbide left the case. It shows that when we come together, we can do it.”

“And now I stay pending further court is defined. I will not withdraw the complaint, because the events occurred. I’ll go ahead”, she added.
