A tribute to the 39 years of the death of trade unionist José Ignacio Rucci will be held in the courts of Comodoro Py, with a strong presence of Peronist referents opponents of Cristina Fernandez government.

Rucci’s daughter Rep. Claudia Rucci and his brother Aanibal will march to court to demand the reopening of the case so that the crime is styled as crimes against humanity and therefore without prescription.

The most significant presence is Hugo Moyano, secretary general of the CGT and Cordoba governor Juan Manuel de la Sota, but also former governors of San Luis, Adolfo Rodriguez Saa, and Entre Rios, Jorge Busti, the unionist Geronimo Venegas and Luis Barrionuevo, and congressmen Enrique Thomas and Francisco De Narváez.

Claudia Rucci said his father’s crime was committed in democracy. “You can not go into the theory of the two demons because my father was killed in a democracy, 48 hours after Juan Domingo Peron was elected president”.

“The weapons were transported in cars of the Buenos Aires government and a department of Ernesto Jauretche was used, a provincial official of that time. So we believe it was a crime against humanity. Then Montoneros had legislators, mayors and governors,” she added.
