With goals scored by Ferreyra (2), Velez won an important match against San Lorenzo led by Caruso Lombardi. The goal for the locals was scored by Stracqualursi after several rebounds in the area. With the result, Gareca’s team climbed to the top with Boca, which has a hard game pending against Lanus. Meanwhile, San Lorenzo loses points and opportunities to get away from the relegation zone.
