The President of Uruguay injured during the storm

The President of Uruguay, ‘Pepe’ Mujica, spoke to reporters, after having had an accident, yesterday, during the severe storm that hit the country.

The Uruguayan president explained: “It was a plate”. “I went to give a hand to a neighbor, we were binding, we could not do it and it blew but I had lucky, it could be worse.”

“Whenever rain stopped and the wind will stop and then you have to collect firewood, collect the sheets and start over.”

The Uruguayan head of state of 77 years old, always noted for his austere lifestyle, and the lack of interest is the protocol, it was observed by television cameras which had a slight cut on the top of his nose.
