Nilda Garre: “There is no increase in crime” in the city of Buenos Aires

Security Minister Nilda Garre said today that “there is no increase in crime” in the area of Buenos Aires City.
The statements were made to enter the “Second Meeting on Strategic policy framework for the UN International Police” with representatives of security forces in Latin America.
Security Minister said that “there is no increase of crime” in the area of the City, and stressed the need to “generate more participation and organization” of the neighbors on prevention.
“There is no increase in crime and we are going down clearly in some criminal acts”, the national official remarked, while highlights the results of the Cinturon Sur (South Belt) operating in the districts of that area of Bs As City.
