Mayor criticized protests and then traveled to Miami in first class

The mayor of Florencio Varela, Julio Pereyra, harshly criticized those who protested on Thursday in the streets against the government of Cristina Kirchner, ensuring that they were not “national and popular”. A few days later traveled in first class to Miami to take a few days off.
“A protest organized by social networks clearly represents the middle and upper classes, not the popular sectors,” said Pereyra on cacerolazos.
“People gathered yesterday represent a sector that does not accept the process of redistribution of wealth that this government has promoted,” he added.
And he assured that “those who demonstrate in the streets on the grounds of lack of freedom are a contradiction in itself.”
This was in line with the statements of the Chief of Cabinet Juan Manuel Abal Medina, who said protesters are more aware more in Miami than in San Juan, where the president inaugurated work that day.
