Moustafa Ismail, 24, entered the Guinness Book of Records for his huge biceps that reach 78 centimeters in girth.
The young man is Egyptian but lives in Massachusetts, USA, with his parents and revealed he follows a weight lifting routine twice a day.
“I say all the time that I look like Popeye, but I think now I have arms bigger than him,” Moustafa says.
In addition to the routine in the gym, Moustafa consumes three kilos of protein per day in its six meals.
“Exercise puts me in a good mood. I like it because in this sport is a noticeable improvement in the body,” he added and assured he can lift 226 kilos.
