September 14, 2012

The Cabinet Chief Juan Manuel Abal Medina, criticized the marches in yesterday and said they were not spontaneous, but called from the opposition.

He said that felt “much insult, so much hatred, a lot of aggression” in yesterday’s marches, and urged those opposed to the government to “put together a party and win elections.”

Asked if there will be changes in policies after protests, Abal Medina replied: “Not at all, we continue to work with the policies for which we won with 54 percent.”

Finally, he said that there was “no spontaneity, it was summoned last week by twitter even by political leaders and sectors that are articulated against the government.”
