The Senate approved the transfer of funds to the Nacion Bank

The Senate passed and signed into law the bill establishing that judicial deposits of national courts are made in the Nacion Bank.

The bill was debated for nearly six hours and had the support of the bench of the Front for Victory Party and got 38 votes in favor and 25 against the opposition blocks.

The bill proposes that judicial deposits of national and federal courts across the country will be made at the Nacion Bank, and highlights that the values at the time of enactment of the law that are in the Bank of the City Buenos Aires will remain in it, until the cases are finished.

The same applies to accounts opened in the Ciudad Bank for pending lawsuits only be closed once the processing of these cases has ceased.
