The IMF will analyze the situation of Argentina of INDEC statistics

The International Monetary Fund will conduct a mission in Argentina to discuss INDEC statistics, said Gerry Rice, spokesman for the entity

“The managing director (France’s Christine Lagarde) will report to the board on Monday on Argentina, so it would be inappropriate for me to anticipate that intervention,” Rice said during a press conference.

Also, the IMF noted that “there is still no date set” for a mission agency in Argentina, but said to be held “before year-end or latest by early next year.”

“There will be a Board meeting on Monday. I recommend waiting until the conclusion of that meeting,” he said.
