Buenos Aires Governor Daniel Scioli said in a radio interview that farmers affected by the rains will not pay taxes.
Scioli pointed to the flooded fields of 17 municipalities in the province, which confirmed that no taxes will be charged.
“It rained twice in eight months than it had rained all last year,” explained the governor.
Thus, Scioli said that although there are works that are being carried out with the Nation, the flow of water in such a short time, made it inevitable that the lands were flooded.
