Justice confirmed the life sentence for Carrascosa

The Supreme Court of the province of Buenos Aires upheld the life sentence of Carlos Carrascosa dismissing appeals by defenders in the case of María Marta García Belsunce’s murder.
The court dismissed the two orders of invalidity that had been presented by the defense of the widower, confirming his sentence.
Judicial sources said M24Digital, rejecting the request was made void due to procedural and not substantive.
