Obstacles to the dollar: The 15% of the cards will be returned each month

September 7, 2012
The Tax Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) explained how the 15% surcharge to purchases made abroad by credit cards will be handled and gave comfort to those who feared a fictitious rise.
The 15% charged on account of income tax or personal property may be returned by a simple procedure that should be performed at the end of each month.
Workers as employees may demand the retunr the percentage charged each month with just presenting the summary of their card to your employer, so this makes the tax deduction. If purchases exceed the tax, the money will be refunded.
