Guillermo Francella: ‘Outstanding Personality of Culture’

The Argentine actor Guillermo Francella was awarded as ‘Outstanding Personality of Culture of the City of Buenos Aires’ in the Eva Peron lounge of the Buenos Aires Legislature.

According to the rule, “this is a true charismatic actor who plays from the heart, one that manages to weave his audience invisible ties of affection and admiration.”

The PRO lawmaker Carmen Polledo was who proposed it and who emphasized in his presentation that “Francella is a fine example of the so-called popular culture.”
