The National Football Team travels to Cordoba to play against Paraguay on Friday

Argentina, September 5, 2012

Today, Alejandro Sabella, coach of the Argentina Football Team, played with the formation that will face Paraguay on Friday. 

With little time, as usual, Sabella has to assemble the strongest team he can to position Argentina in the top of the standings to qualify for Brazil 2014.

He’ll travel to Cordoba after the training. The match will start at 8.10 pm of Friday.

The brand new Coach tested two different schemes: first a 4-3-3, with Messi, Lavezzi and Higuain and then a 4-2-3-1 where Messi and Lavezi start running behind Higuaín.

The formation: Romero, Zabaleta, Fernandez, Garay, Rojas, Gago, Brañaa, Di Maria, Messi, Lavezzi, Higuain. Meanwhile, Coloccini suffered a blow in practice and could be out of the squad for Friday.
