The filmmaker Enrique Piñeyro replied to President Cristina Kirchner, after his nationally televised speech where she said, “barriers to imports are urban myth”.

Piñeyro can not enter to the country four digital cameras bought a year ago in the U.S.: “It isn’t exactly what the President said, there is a part that is true, but did not say why not I didn’t start the import procedure.”

“The customs agent told me I was in a tariff that was forbidden, the I could not do it,” the director said.

Ironically he added, “I would ask the President how to start the process to upload a stick of dynamite on a plane.” “If I see the sign says ‘no’ and I know that I can not do it, T don’t do it, I don’t even ask.”

Film director last week denounced the episode in Customs, after the governor announced the creation of Audiovisual Polo in the south of Puerto Madero.
