Macri on Fito Paez insults: “He’s not the one I knew”

Buenos Aires Mayor Mauricio Macri responded to the harsh criticism of the musician Fito Paez stating: “I am surprised again that Fito has been in love with this country model of confrontation, of division, of aggression.”

And he said after inaugurating the system wi-fi in the Library Martín del Barco Centenera, in the neighborhood of Montserrat: “He is not the Fito Paez I knew. I learned to have a great relationship. He chose this path, he will know why. “

“I really believe in the country of respect, of no invasion, there are clear rules for all and not for friends some ones and enemies another ones” said Macri.

“We want to lower the level of confrontation; we do not want to be divisions among Argentines. The form is not encouraging division among Argentines,” he said.
