A witness complicated the unionists of the UF in the cause of Mariano Ferreyra

A witness marked Cristian Favale barrabrava of Defense and Justice, as the gunman who killed Mariano Ferreyra, of the Workers Party (PO). Furthermore, he complicated Railway Union leaders.

According to the witness, Favale was heard saying “I pierced the stomach of that stupid lefty (‘zurdo’)” after the fact. The hooligan is accused of being the perpetrator of the crime.

Meanwhile, he added that they had been ordered to use weapons to stop “the lefties from cut routes.” He heard Pablo Diaz, delegate of the UF, saying “brings the irons [guns]” to Favale, who replied: “I did not bring many.”

Also, in the secret hearing before the Federal Court 21, the witness appointed assistant secretary of the UF, Juan Carlos “Gallego” Fernández.

He told Diaz ordered to leave after the shooting because “the Gallego told us to leave.”
