Leading celebrities working in Telefe channel are angry with the federal government and now want to say the reasons.
The government would have required the channel to campaign with its celebrities to unlock some retained imports at customs.
News channel manager Paco Marmol with his wife Pilar has begun working for the campaign ‘red card’, against the mistreatment of women.
The campaign is inspired by a similar initiative carried out in Spain, and is a series of radio ads, television and graphics in which actors, television hosts and Argentine sportsmen urge to combat women abuse.
But the celebrities were not notified that the ad would carry the signature of the President of the Nation.
The channel provided everything necessary for its implementation, the call for artists, the studio, all the art, editing, costumes, makeup and even logistics.
Many of the figures were shocked and outraged at being next to the seal of the presidency.
